What's New?

We've made some changes.

With a great new look and feel SqueezeNetwork is now mysqueezebox.com. And SqueezeCenter is now Squeezebox Server software. We’ve also improved the menu structure, streamlined the setup process, and introduced an App Gallery to simplify how you manage your music and other services. Read on for more details on how to get the most out of your Squeezebox!

mysqueezebox.com and Squeezebox Server software

mysqueezebox.com lets you manage your Squeezebox player settings, Music Service accounts and Favorites just like before. Now you can also directly access the community forums and customer support.

You can download the new Squeezebox Server software from mysqueezebox.com, as well. The Squeezebox Server software provides a simplified control panel interface to manage your personal music collection. Select My Music from mysqueezebox.com to download the Squeezebox Server software.

App Gallery and My Apps on mysqueezebox.com

Our newest feature is the introduction of the App Gallery. The App Gallery gives you the freedom to choose exactly which services you want to see on your Squeezebox player menus—reducing clutter and allowing you to get to the content you want more quickly. You can browse and install apps from the App Gallery and manage them from the My Apps page.

Faster, simpler setup

If you’re installing your first Squeezebox Boom, Duet or Classic player you may have older documentation with a step advising you to go to SqueezeNetwork to setup an account. Account setup is now done directly on the player and a PIN is no longer necessary. Simply follow the on-screen instructions on your player to complete setup. If you’d like to listen to your personal music collection continue to mysqueezebox.com once you’ve finished setup and download the Squeezebox Server software.

Player menus have changed

If you’re an existing Squeezebox user you may have noticed that some of your player menus have changed. We’ve eliminated the Music Services category and introduced the App Gallery and My Apps. Go to the App Gallery to see the entire list of music and other services. If you have previously entered login credentials for a service, you don’t need to do a thing—just go to My Apps and select the service you want to use.

If you’re an existing Duet user, you’ll be happy to know that you no longer have to switch between SqueezeNetwork and SqueezeCenter to listen to your personal music library. Simply select My Music from the Home menu on your Squeezebox and play!
